Place the roll of film around the counter and pull out a duration of film. Measure out the film employing a tape measure and after that use the yellow film pencil to mark wherever you need to cut the film.Any remaining h2o still left underneath the film needs to be pushed out at the edge and absorbed via the paper towel.  Repeat if required to dry
